Front porch was painted blue floor and was peeling at places so I had to softwash. Didn’t put a whole lot of pressure on but there were still flakes. Was not sure whether or not the pergolas were apart of the deck. The work order said literally everything else and didn’t mention the pergola at all but I did not want it to be a situation where it was missed and a callback so I hit them real quick. 15 minute rule used for outdoor rug for customer. Railing of deck had some areas where the zebra striped oxidation was on face. Two windows on left side of house had screens on them. Back Deck also had GA red clay staining on the door and by the steps leading up to deck. Explained to customer it would not come off he said it was from dog. |

Hoise was built in 2006. Customer just moved in. There was paint on the deck that didn’t come up. The job was mostly stone restoration and the customer was satisfied with the results. The main concern was the mildew on top of the ceiling on the pavilion and that also came clean. The mailbox is copper so the dirt came off the mailbox but the mailbox is still green. Requires follow up because we couldn’t clean the carport due to garage force working on the garage pavement so they would like us to come back out to complete the carport. We were going to sell them gutter sticks but they have a company coming out to install gutter guards. |

Very simple job, all flat work was done. I pretreated and post treated all the walkways and driveway since they were super dirty. Curbs and sidewalk came out great and I didn’t really see anything in particular that stood out. The customer has been living here for 6 years and is getting ready to sell. There was a big rectangular storage unit in the middle of the driveway so I just cleaned around it. Customer knows of this and didn’t trip about it. |

Very nice job, just had a lot to do after the upsells. Everything was done except for the fence that I priced out. So the customers are expecting a call from the office to schedule a second visit to finish the job. Everything turned out great, with the customers super happy with the turnout. Door was stained but was going to get restained soon so it was not a concern. A couple Windows had bad seals so I let them know in advance that some cleaning solution may have gotten in through the inside. Apart from that the job went great. Did not complete yard signs or 5 arounds/ review card as I will be coming back to complete the job. I did hand them a review card but did not put one in their mailbox. |

Driveway was extremely dirty. We had to pre treat and post treat the driveway. The back walkway was extremely dirty as well filled with mossed all over the stones. There was a large amount of debris and sticks on the roof which we did push closer towards the woods but with the amount of debris we were dealing with, it was difficult to clear all the debris away. The gazebo was a bit damaged and does need to be repaired but did come clean. |

Customer was not home during the cleaning. The pool deck had some green spots that would not come clean with the surface cleaner. The spots were treated with the pump up sprayer. There was many furniture’s/tables and the floor was cleaned around them and then they were shuffle to the side and cleaned. An area with a rug was flipped and half cleaned beneath and then flipped to other half. There were a few sections of the deck that looked new and were not able to be surface cleaned but soft washed. Customer was satisfied with the clean. The main concern was bricks chipping off of the house. The brick steps and brick wall had a whole ton of moss on them. The white trim around the screened in porch was covered in mold and was one of the main concerns. However the area inside the screened in porch contained sustained wood floor and stained wood ceiling. It was explained to the customer that soap and water would be used on that trim and the mold would lighten up but not come completely clean. A small section of walkway in front of The screened in porch was hit due to the inability to clean the trim. The screens of all the windows were laid out and the customer was expecting them to be clean. It was explained to the customer that cleaning the screens of windows was not normally part of our window cleaning process however I would rent them quickly. Customer was handed a review card |

3 story stucco house. Pretty straightforward job. We did an inspection on the gutters directly about the front door of the house. The customer did buy 2 gutter sticks and gets her gutters cleaned every few months due to how clogged her gutters can get from the trees surrounding her house. She wants to see how they for three months and then will follow up with the remaining gutter downspouts. There are a few windows that have streaks on the inside of the house and the skylight towards the front of the house is streaky as well despite 3 rounds of exterior window cleaning. The surface of the front porch is a bit chalky looking after drying/cleaning but the surface is very clean. The railings on the front porch were pretty green but also came out very clean as well customer was not present for the post walkthrough but we did contact her to do a brief summary over the phone. |

Deck was extremely old and damaged. Customer was going to paint over it anyhow but with how torn the deck was, had to hit 3x and softwash as to not rip up the paint. Brick had moss and little plants in the cracks. I got everything I could put and told customer that while I did kill all the plants, some may remain and couldn’t put too much pressure on cracks or else the grout would come up. Front steps were cracked and customer pointed this out in the beginning. I told her I would do a gentle softwash. Windows were old and some slits in the panels so some water did get on the inside. I explained to customer that while doing windows I could see water streaks on inside, particularly in the back of the house by deck. There was pine straw stuck in between the gutter and the house which I couldn’t get out. I explained that that is because of little space in between and when the gutters get full she will have foundation issues. Told her about gutter sticks and how they would benefit her gutters but she was planning on installing gutter guards this year |

Customer was very particular. Customer was also concerned that the field supervisor and operations manager we’re not on site at the time of the cleaning. It was a three-story stucco house with TPO roofing on the second story and third story. Upon arrival the customer came outside with a notepad filled with notes of all her major concerns.The majority of the house was cleaned with soap and water due to stained ceiling. A few black streaks under downspouts remained after the cleaning. Some siding on the front of the house was cleaned with a pump up sprayer and rag. The stain ceiling above the pool deck began to drip onto the pool deck upon rinsing. The rinsing process was finished and then stopped after incident. After finishing the window cleaning process many windows were clean the second time upon customer request. Some streaks did remain regardless. In order to access the third story TPO roof a gorilla ladder was carried through the house and set in place on the balcony. Then a 40 foot ladder was required to access said balcony. Despite all previous concerns the customer was satisfied with the clean. Customer was handed a review card.customer |

This job does require a follow up. The water pressure was terrible. We very first thing started on the driveway and did not complete the driveway. The air pump went out about 20 minutes into the job. A lot of windows had streaks remaining on them due to poor water pressure going through the DI tank. The windows, along with the portion of driveway in front of the garage, and some steps leading up to the guest bedroom above the garage will have to be clean tomorrow. The front door And the decks were all test spotted and nothing happened. The front door stain was removed upon cleaning. And needs to be replaced. The back deck stain began to come up Where the stairs meet the deck however the customer was notified and the rest of the deck was spared. We ran out of water Multiple times throughout the job. Only the completed portions of the job were documented in CompanyCam. |

Two story whit brick house. Cleaned up very well so did the roof. There were a few windows that had streaks from the inside of the house which was shown to the customer during the post walkthrough. The water pressure was extremely high. They do share their driveway with the next door neighbors so we did clean the entire driveway on both sides. There was a slope in between the driveway and back patio and the water had nowhere to escape nor drain so the customer will have to let the puddle come completely dry. The customer also requested to keep the deck gate closed while cleaning up on the deck so that the dog does not have a way to escape. |

When we got to the house customer wanted to take off the back wooden steps for ~260 and the deck for ~160 because the deck was rotting wood and the steps were just cleaned. Ended up doing the house wash and the windows as an upsell and sidewalk and hit the front face of the wall on the front porch facing the street. Did not hit the screened porch at all. |

The Lutz has owned the house since 2003. Some of cedar siding is chipped as well as hanging. The house is located on a very busy main road that makes it very unlikely to park on the street. The house & deck were extremely dirty and definitely needed a very thorough cleaning. They are also a repeat customer who doesn’t feel the need for exterior window cleaning due to how dirty the windows always get with the house being surrounded by large trees in all angles. Tere were leaves & sticks constantly falling from the trees throughout the entire cleaning process today. I did explain the benefits of our exterior window cleaning process despite this. The water pressure is pretty good and the upper deck does require a 24ft ladder |

2 story brick house. There was some powdery residue come from the cracks in the bricks that we definitely did our best on but they would still continue to slightly spill out. On the right side of the house there are a few windows that have streaks on the inside of the house and also have paint on the exterior windows that we did show & tell. The painted trimming around the sides of the house are in pretty bad condition which the customer did acknowledge. There were about 6-7 downspouts that we had to cover and there are also vines to the right side of the house above the lower roof. The awnings were extremely dirty and a few sections did not come completely clean and will need additional rainfall along with the roof. The front door has a lot of chipped paint towards the bottom section. The water pressure was very low and we did have to wait for the water to fill up twice. There are two driveways and the right driveway was installed recently. There was a good amount of moss on the front porch and steps as well. Extremely dirty house. The house was filled with cobwebs in every corner along with cobwebs around the potted plants. The customer did mention that the last time he had his house cleaned there were windows that had water come through them as well the front door. We did recommend him to use roll up towels on as many windows and doors as possible. There is paint chipping on the black railing in the front around the front porch. There were also a few broken pieces of the fence near the driveway on the far right side of the house. We did go over all these damages with the customer during the walkthrough. There were dog wastes all around the backyard and stone walkway. We did mention the roof to the customer given that there is moss and black streaks on the roof. He wants to get his roof cleaned as a separate service later on this year in order to save on the costs for today. There are trees and vegetation surrounding the majority of the house. There are screens on just about every window as well so we also explained our window cleaning process to him so he understands that we won’t be able to remove the screens or clean the windows behind the screens but we will rinse the screens and clean all the exterior windows. |

Pretty straightforward house but a very busy day for this home. The realtor wants to have the house ready for the new home owner. We were scheduled to clean the house along with movers landscapers and tv mounters. The quality of the paint isn’t the best and does still have a light ashy fade to it after drying. The water pressure was pretty low and there are a few stains on the ceiling above the front porch that would not come completely clean. They are still slightly visible with it coming 70-80 percent clean and the customer is fully aware of this. They do not have a driveway at the moment and are working on installing one. Customer moved into their home 4 years ago. The house itself is over 100 years old. The house was extremely dirty and also has a good amount of storm windows. We did let the customer know that these windows will be clean on the exterior but the interior may not look as clean with it being double paned. They are fully aware of the situation. The water pressure is pretty low as well we had to use two garden hoses in order to efficiently complete the job. The property manager was on site the whole time and did stay outside to oversee just about everything. The garage doors are stained as well as the front door and bottom trim/seal. House was built this year and is already in tiptop condition. There are houses still being built right next door. The only issue here is extreme amounts of clay stains all over the walkway, patio and driveway. You can tell that the stains were already visible before laying down the top layer of concrete. There are footprint clay stains in back underneath the concrete of the patio and there are wheel lines in the backyard from the machines. There isn’t any grass laid out in the backyard yet either. |

Basically when the estimate was given, the Riley building was still there, however, when we started the job they completely tore down the Riley building and put in new sidewalks and had painters and workers working on the area both days. Bryan (contact) wanted us to start on STEM building because of painters/construction on day 1 so wanted that to be day 2. On stem building we weren’t entirely sure what parts of the building to hit. There was an upper portion that we had to surface clean but could only get up there by ladder. Also hit brick and limestone walls on the upper back of the stem building as well as tops of the limestone walls connected to bottom portion or building. While doing the Groesburg building there was a parking garage underneath the building that did have cars parked. All cars were far enough back that they couldn’t really be hit with any SH but we rinsed thoroughly nonetheless. The security guard though was walking around taking photos of cars parked and kept asking if it was bleach. I explained to him that we were rinsing as well as a low chance they were touched by SH anyhow but he did kept going on about it. Was not able to put out review sheet or 5 arounds because it was a school campus |

Miscommunication all across the board on job. Sales person and the manager (Michael) went over only the area that we cleaned on day 1 with all the plants so manager was under impression that was all we were doing. I told him first thing upon arrival that my work order says that we start at the low light level plants and work our way to the tarps. He specifically told me that they already cleaned that area and to only do the area that him and sales person measured out. On day 2, the owner Dana came home and explained that we were doing everything which was quoted on original order. On day 1 company had a crew of workers to move every Single plant out of the way during cleaning which took 9 hours to do. The job was very easy and the house cleaned up really well. There were gutter guards on the gutters and downspouts went into the ground by the deck. There was a lot of moss around in yard so we used downspout attachedment for gutters but they kept falling out. Stained wood deck in the back. It’s very worn and honestly it took a couple of tries to get an accurate test spot for lighting up the stained. It was very dirty but decided it was best just to rinse thoroughly and hit it the best we could. There is a door on the back of house at the end of the deck that looks like either oxidation or stained burned paint. It looked like mold but wouldn’t come off. We originally used SH but nothing, then took a rag to see if it would wipe off and nothing and then hit a 3rd time with SH. Looks like paint is stained. Oxidation on gutters as well. The screened in porch was smooth stone and did not drain very well we used the squeegee to get the big puddles but some still remained. It will dry eventually. When we first got to job the customer put towels down by the front door and said that water gets into the basement and to let customer know when we are hitting the front of house for house wash. Roof was extremely dirty especially the garage roof. Day 3. Finished cleaning the rest of the complex. There were a few driveways that we were unable to clean on the first day since there were cars parked on the driveways. We were able to clean 3 of them but unable to clean the driveway for unit 1001 since nobody answered the door when we went back on the third day. I also pump-up sprayed the flagstone wall, flagstone walkway, the deck, the walkway to the right of Libby’s home entrance, and I made sure to water the vegetation thoroughly throughout the whole run. For the walkway to the left of her home entrance, I surfaced washed it and tipped the wooden trim with a white tip. I thoroughly explained to him about the oxidation on his gutters and the moss on top of his roof & what would need to be done moving forward but he said he was not aware about the additional rain falls in order for the moss to come down until today. He wanted to be fully aware of everything on the front end. He said he doesn’t know about oxidation or moss all he know is clean. We also addressed the condition of his pool deck but he also was not satisfied with the results. He bought the house in 1988 and doesn’t remember the last time he got anything cleaned. I would definitely say that it’s been a very long time since he did or possibly never. There are cobwebs on the interior windows and we also explained to him that having his interior windows dirty will make it difficult to see how clean his exterior windows are after we cleaned them. He feels as if that doesn’t have to do with how clean his exterior windows are and is not satisfied. We set all expectations on everything above during the walkthrough and we also tried to explain everything again for him during the post walkthrough until he walked off. There were trees all around the house from front to back. He thought that we didn’t blow the leaves off of his porch but we explained to him that the leaves were falling from his trees. The back porch extension was new and customer asked us not to hit the windows because water could get through. I explained that we would no matter what have to rinse the windows due to doing roof and house softwash did not hit with tons of pressure just fanned it out. Stained wood deck in the back. It was very old and peeling stains all over. I explained that we would first only hit with water but that part of house was extremely dirty so he suggested to just rinse deck continuously, which is exactly what we did. Softwashed the pool deck since it was last cleaned less then a year ago and it wasn’t that dirty. In order to clean the top balcony we did need the 24 ft ladder. There is a clay stain in the top corner on the column furthest to the right. There is also a bird’s nest tge customer requested to keep above the balcony to the left. In the very front of the house there is a tall tree that makes it a bit more difficult to clean the top of the roof. All the side downspouts do go directly underground. Towards the back there is chipped wood underneath the gutters that the customer was not aware of until we showed him today. |

I did mention this to the customer and she is fully aware of it. The garage detached so I also explained to the customer that the detached garage is not apart of the foundation of the house so I would not be included in the house wash. I did end up rinsing the detached garage which I did tell the customer I would do if she wanted to add her driveway on today’s job. This was a repeat customer and so the work order was not clear to customer. They thought that front patio was included but it was only the front walkway. We just did the front patio for free because it’s easier than arguing but I explained to customer that it WAS NOT apart of scope. There was oxidation on the railings of the back deck. Customer told us that every time we go out there nobody ever had the equipment needed for the two gutters that require covering with gutter socks and needs to be brought the socks. I looked at the job quickly in the AM but it was not clear those were needed and hidden in the notes tab. For future we need to ensure we have them for the job before hand, myself included. Stained wood front deck and back deck including ceilings and front door as well as spokes right underneath the gutters that are stained wood. The only places we could use SH was on the left and right side of house at eye level and the front of house garage portion. I explained in detail that we would be using only soap and water on the house because of all this stained wood. She understood. We ended up taking rags and wiped down areas with mold by the stained decks including the front of house and back of house, wiped with rags and rinsed. Customer had green fungus on front deck and was wondering if we could get off. I wanted to check to see how easy it would come off first and ended up taking the stain off with just the house top fan pressure. I explained to customer that while I was going to rinse it for free 15 min rule I can’t now. I explained that if they wanted us to clean it they would need to be prepared to restain it right after. All in all customer was happy with the service after completion, plus she was from Philly (nice!) |

House was like 70 + years old so was fairly dirty. All of the windows were storm windows so explained to customer that it may gas/fog up and some streaks may get inside of the glass. Me and the customer agreed at the beginning of the job that they were going to repaint the stained beams above the windows. Me and the customer also agreed that I would run a test spot on the front doors to make sure that the stain would not be removed. After running multiple test spots the stain seemed fine reference to company cam pictures. When washing the first four sections of townhomes those front doors appear to have streaks coming down them. After that me and the customer agreed that I would just use soap and water to refrain from any more damage. I also covered all the keypads and the door locks with tape, when removing the tape the tape seemed to peel off the pieces of the keypads that were already damaged. Customer did not answer when I tried to inform them of that so I left a voicemail and sent her a text with a picture of the door the keypad. Most they keypads came off fine units five, six, and seven are the only ones that were damaged. |
