Please Note: We will we using the fire hydrants inside the community as our water source for this project. We are permitted to do this through the local water authority and will be paying for the water that we use. This means that we do not need to connect to any of the homeowners water in order to complete this project.
Since we will be in your neighborhood, we are able to offer you the following discounted services.
Services:
- Front Walkway: The concrete walkway that connects the front porch/door with the sidewalk that runs along the front of the unit. — $45
- Front Porch/Patio: Cleaning the floor and railings of the painted wooden porch below the front door. Also includes cleaning the concrete front patio and both sides of any wooden railing/fencing around it. — $75
- Stonework: Cleaning all sides of the flagstone retaining walls and columns in front of the units along the first floor. — $95
- All three services for only — $145
