We are pleased that your Homeowners Association (HOA) chose WiseGuys Pro-Wash to service your neighborhood!

Please Note: We will we using the fire hydrants inside the community as our water source for this project. We are permitted to do this through the local water authority and will be paying for the water that we use. This means that we do not need to connect to any of the homeowners water in order to complete this project.

Since we will be in your neighborhood, we are able to offer you the following discounted services.

We Need Your Help Before Service!

Inspect Property

All gates around the house are unlocked
Vehicles are not parked on the driveway
- Park vehicles that must leave during cleaning on street

Protect from Water Entry

Close & lock all windows, exterior doors, and garage doors (can blow open during cleaning)
Place rolled-up towel at the bottom inside of each window and exterior door

Move Furniture

Customer must clear all furniture/pots from areas being cleaned before our crew arrives
- Failure to do so will result in the area being skipped (can return for additional cost)
Small trinkets/fragile items must be put inside (wind chimes, thermostats, pots, etc)

Patios need to be cleared of all items (including but not limited to furniture, doormats, pots, strung lights, etc.) before we arrive to perform the work. We will not be moving items after the cleaning takes place. If the homeowner does not remove items from these areas before the scheduled day they are to be cleaned then their patio will be skipped and we reserve the right to not come back to clean them even after the items are removed. We will not be cleaning any wooden or elevated decks.

Pricing does NOT involve removing inorganic staining (including but not limited to paint, cooper staining, efflorescence, oil, grease, bubble gum, rust, etc.).

All people and pets need to stay off these surfaces until we complete the cleaning and the areas have had enough time to dry.

Pricing does not include cleaning non-original constructed patios and any other areas such as decks, walkways, and fences. Only the areas listed.

Any enclosed patios must be unlocked or they will not be cleaned.

We are not responsible for accidental damages to customer property that is left on the front steps, front walkway, or driveway during the cleaning process.
