All warranties provided under this agreement apply to entire roof cleanings only (SoftWash Roof) and not when only cleaning sections of the roof.
- It shall be the Customerโs responsibility to notify WiseGuys Pro-Wash, LLC (WGPW) of any required follow- up treatments.
- This warranty shall not apply to any newly installed, or replacement material which was not originally treated by WGPW.
- This warranty does not apply to Mustered Algae (coccid green algae), or areas which are underneath any roof mounted apparatus.
Although unsightly, oxidation (graying) of shingle roofs is a normal occurrence and is not covered. - Additionally, these warranties do not apply to roofs or materials which are incorrectly installed, or which suffer from water pooling.
- This warranty does not apply to any acts of nature, as they are outside of the control of WGPW.
WGPW, shall provide the following warranties for chemical treatments performed on any asphalt, composite shingle, slate, tile, cedar, or concrete roof (Does not apply to metal roofs, TPO, or any other roofing material not explicitly mentioned above)
- If the original customer sells the property this warranty is rolled over to the new homeowner from the original cleaning date.
- For the first and second year following the original treatment date, WGPW shall provide repeat cleanings, as necessary, to remove
any recurrences of dark algae or mildew on the subject roof free of charge. Does not include blowing off sticks, leaves, etc. - For the third year following the original treatment date, WGPW shall provide repeat cleanings, as necessary, to remove any recurrences of dark algae or mildew on the subject roof for a discounted rate of twenty-five percent (25%) of the then current
treatment cost. - For the fourth year following the original treatment date, WGPW shall provide repeat cleanings, as necessary, to remove any recurrences of dark algae or mildew on the subject roof for a discounted rate of fifty percent (50%) of the then current treatment cost.
- For the fifth year following the original treatment date, WGPW shall provide repeat cleanings, as necessary, to remove any recurrences of dark algae or mildew on the subject roof for a discounted rate of seventy-five percent (75%) of the then current
treatment cost.
Property Care:
Taking certain steps can eliminate plant damage associated with certain types of chemical exposure. Watering all landscape and lawn areas are required to be watered thoroughly. The client agrees to water all plants a minimum of twenty minutes per zone the evening before service and nightly for two weeks after service.
In the unlikely event of property damage, claims must be submitted in writing to WGPW within 15 days from the time of cleaning.
