Daily Routines

Clocked in & out of Paylocity.
Estimate statuses are up to date in Service Fusion
Update the estimate status to “On the Way”, and “Started" on all estimates, correct opportunity owner's name, estimate requested date is changed to date given, estimate pdf sent.
All approved estimates are typed and sent through Service Fusion for official customer approval
Once customer wants to move forward, the estimate must be typed into SF <24 hours and sent (email & text) for electronically signature and deposit. Must have the price, type of crew needed, and the initials of sales rep in the job description with no date or time assigned.
"Follow Up" estimate reminders added to all estimates given
Ensure to select either residential or commercial follow up sequence.
"Provided Date" added to all estimates sent over in the custom fields
CompanyCam projects created and labeled for every estimate given today.
Project created for every estimate with the customer’s full name as the project name and their correct address. Service Consultant’s name is correctly labeled on every project. Property photos taken directly inside the platform both up close and from a far for all estimates
"Coming Soon" yard sign added in front of customer's yards who agreed onsite?
Photo must be added inside of CompanyCam.
5-Around flyers put out on every residential estimate?
Photos must be uploaded into CompanyCam.
ClickUp tasks are updated correctly
