Park at East Paces Townhomes

Conditions:

Front Steps/Front Walkways/Driveways need to be cleared of all items (including but not limited to furniture, doormats, pots, strung lights, cars, etc.) before we arrive to perform the work. We will not be moving items after cleaning takes place. If the homeowner does not remove items from these areas before the scheduled day they are to be cleaned then they will be skipped and we reserve the right to not come back to clean them even after the items are removed. We will not be cleaning any wooden or elevated decks.

Pricing does NOT involve removing inorganic staining (including but not limited to paint, cooper staining, efflorescence, oil, grease, bubble gum, rust, etc.).

All people and pets need to stay off these surfaces until we complete the cleaning and the areas have had enough time to dry.

Pricing does not include cleaning any other areas such as garage floors, the railings around the steps, front doors, decks, etc. Only the areas listed.

We are not responsible for accidental damages to customer property that is left on the front steps, front walkway, or driveway during the cleaning process.
