Pressure Tips

The company provides the listed items above to Employees who are required to wear/use as a condition of employment. Extra items are available to purchase at listed rates. Employee is responsible for the replacement cost listed above in the event of misplacement. Upon termination, the above items must be returned in good order. Terminated Employees have 48 hours to turn in all company issued equipment after voluntary/involuntary termination from the company, otherwise there will be a deduction for the cost of those items from the Terminated Employee's final pay. I understand that by not returning company assigned uniforms, I lose my uniform deposit.
