Important Preparation & Service terms and conditions:

    •    Deck Clearance: The deck must be completely cleared of all items prior to our arrival — including, but not limited to, furniture, doormats, pots, strung lights, and other personal belongings. We will not move any items after cleaning is complete, and any uncleared areas will be skipped.

    •    Stain Removal: The quoted price does not include removal of inorganic stains such as paint, copper stains, efflorescence, oil, grease, gum, rust, and similar materials.

    •    Surface Access: For safety and quality, all people and pets must stay off cleaned surfaces until the work is finished and the area has had sufficient time to dry.

    •    Scope of Work: Pricing is limited to the specific area(s) listed in your estimate. It does not include additional surfaces such as furniture, windows, gutters, etc.

    •    Liability: We are not responsible for damage to any personal items left on front steps, walkways, or the deck.
