Showed up on time and did a great pressure washing job on the sidewalk and driveway. Worked fast and did a much better job than we did on our own.

Proficient, communicative, and professional. Marketing team is quick to reply. It took 2 weeks to get on their schedule, so obviously they're in demand. They emailed a photo of the technician with a reminder prior to arrival. Great experience.
As routine home maintenance would have it this time of year, we had to contact Wise Guys Pro-Wash for help with our walkways. Ibrahim came to our rescue. He truly is a Wise Guys Pro-Wash Expert! He was punctual and called when on his way. He listened to our concerns while surveying the job to be done as we walked our outdoor areas we needed cleaned.
Ibrahim went above and beyond taking care of this for us. He truly understood how a job like this can be a very stressful experience for us because of the shrubbery, plants, birds and the pollinators in our yard! He was so very careful while washing and even preserved dainty ferns that had found their way through the brick mortar!! He cared for our plantings as if they were his own.
Ibrahim is very proud of what he does and truly sets the silver, gold and platinum standard for customer service.
We also want to give accolades to the Lead Technician, Levy. He was most pleasant to talk with and had excellent attention-to-detail throughout this process.
In addition, many thanks to Allmy who scheduled our service. She was most helpful getting this all scheduled in a timely way. What a GREAT TEAM!!

Wise guys technician, Adrian Medea, arrived on time and did a great job power washing our large driveway, pool deck and screen porch. Adrian was easy to work with and answered any questions we had. I would ask for him in the future for our power washing and exterior window cleaning needs.
