Total number of estimate appointment's today which can be seen in SF.
The number of estimates closed from today's appointments.
Determined by totaling up the sales inside of the "bread" slack channel.

Prospecting

Must bring back a minimum of 1 quote for every 2 quote requests received from the Company's marketing methods.
50 yard signs must be put out by the end of every week (photo of each inside of CompanyCam)
Minimum of 2 job-site visits per week while crew is actively completing sold job. Must perform 5 Arounds on closest homes to the job being performed.

Daily Routines

Clocked in & out of Paylocity.
Slack messages sent to crew in the morning.
Must send a Voxer message to the crew before every job sold prior to 7:30 AM that morning to give further insight on the customer and scope of project.
Job Hazard Analysis created for all estimates and updated into ServiceFusion.
Service Fusion estimate statuses are up to date and all estimates sent
Update the estimate status to “On the Way”, and “Started" on all estimates, correct opportunity owner's name, estimate requested date is changed to date given, estimate pdf sent.
All approved estimates are typed and sent through Service Fusion for official customer approval
After the customer decides they want to move forward, the estimate must be typed into SF within 24 hours and sent (email & and text) to the customer so they can electronically sign off and accept.
All estimates in the "Estimate Accepted" status are properly converted to Job
After Approval, the estimate must be converted from “Estimate Accepted” to a job within 24 hours. When converted the job must have the price, type of crew needed, and the initials of sales rep in the job description with no date or time assigned.
All jobs in Service Fusion have the pdf of the Work Order added to docs.
"Resi Follow Up" estimate reminders added to all estimates given.
CompanyCam projects created and labeled for every estimate given today.
Project created for every estimate with the customer’s full name as the project name and their correct address. Service Consultant’s name is correctly labeled on every project. Property photos taken directly inside the platform both up close and from a far for all estimates
"Coming Soon" yard sign added in front of customer's yards who agreed onsite?
Photo must be added inside of CompanyCam.
5-Around flyers put out on every resident estimate?

Two outlet hoses from machine. Bypass hose is black hose that connects machine back to buffer tank whereas whip hose connects machine to hose reel.
Does water exiting pressure washers have proper pressure (no sputtering)?
Do both Surface Cleaners work property?
No clogged or missing spray nozzles (vibrations), leaking swivels or guns, locked bar (won't spin), damaged or missing brush rivets, cracks in head, etc.
Does the Air Compressor Turn on?
Ensure not out of fuel if won't turn on.
Does water spray out the end of the softwash wand with proper pressure?
No major sputtering or air pockets and must have consistent pressure.
Are J-Rod nozzles are free & clear of any debris and can be removed?
Does softwash wand function properly?
Ensure no leaks (including where hose connects to wand), no cracks, and proper ball valve function.
Do all electric hose reels work properly?
Ensure that all hose reels (pressure, garden, softwash, and window cleaning) will roll up and unroll.
