Our crew will arrive between 8 am & 6 pm and will call when they’re on the way, arrive, and finish.
You do not need to be on-site as all work will be completed outside, with no need to enter your home or business.
Before We Arrive
Prepare Your Property:
- Turn on all exterior water spigots
- Unlock gates & keep the driveway clear
- Park necessary vehicles on the street (can’t be moved once we set up)
- Remove window screens (if we’re cleaning windows)
Prevent Water Entry:
- Close & lock all windows, exterior doors, and garage doors
- Place a rolled-up towel inside at the base of exterior windows and doors
Move Furniture & Fragile Items:
- Clear furniture & potted plants from cleaning areas
- Bring small or fragile items inside (wind chimes, thermostats, small pots, etc.)
