Stephen came to my house and did an excellent job. My husband commented that the windows seem to be actually sparkling as he came up the driveway after work. In addition, Stephen navigated all the hoses, etc around the flowers and bushes so that none were damaged. I would definitely use them again.

As a Board Member for the West Village HOA, I had the pleasure of coordinating with WiseGuys ProWash to provide pressure washing services for homeowners throughout our community after they did a superb job cleaning the clubhouse. Working with Manager Matt Fuller was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Matt created a convenient Google sign-up form for homeowners and was extremely responsive throughout the process. In addition to driveway and step cleaning, he even added deck cleaning as an option at the request of homeowners, which was greatly appreciated. Executive Coordinator Elaina Davis was the primary point of contact for both the Board and homeowners, and she consistently went above and beyond to accommodate last-minute requests and scheduling adjustments with professionalism and patience. Most importantly, the pressure washing crew — David and Shannon — were absolutely incredible. They serviced 29 homes in a single day! What made their performance even more impressive was that they worked through periods of heavy downpours and still managed to complete the job with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail. The feedback from homeowners has been overwhelmingly positive. One homeowner even shared, “My driveway is so clean, you will need sunglasses when you walk by my home!” WiseGuys ProWash exceeded expectations, and we truly appreciate their hard work, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them to any HOA or homeowner looking for quality service.

As I walked around the house, I can see the extra attention to detail that Stephen did. Thanks! Great experience with WiseGuys Pro-Wash. My WiseGuys Technician, Quan did a fantastic job on the house. He spent extra time on trouble spots, answered any of my questions and provided a few suggestions for when I use them next year. Easy to set up the service and super cautious around the house. I have large gardens all around my house and Quan made sure to watch out for my pots and flowers.

We had an excellent service as usual with Wise Guys today. Their workers are kind and personable. Yanis made sure to ask if there were any problem spots in particular then ensure he tackled those. He communicated about concerns with me promptly. Great service, glad to be a repeat customer.

Another year, another great experience. Pablo, TJ and Sa’Von did a great job of cleaning all our outdoor surfaces and outdoor furniture! The office was also kind enough to reschedule our original appointment as pollen season wasn’t quite done yet - very thoughtful! Thanks all!
